Aloe Vera is a popular houseplant that contains 20 biologically active agents.  The plant is about 96% water with the rest of its contents active ingredients including essential oils, amino acids minerals, vitamins, enzymes & glycoprotein.  Due to its anti-inflammatory benefits it can also be used for skin irritations.  Aloe Vera soothes, softens & moisturizes the skin as it has the ability to penetrate the water-retaining layer of skin, allowing the enzymes with the gel to remove the dead cells.  This enzyme activity helps in reducing and eliminating scars, fine lines, wrinkles, liver spots, and other marks and blemishes.

 

Apricot Kernel Oil contains essential fatty acids, oleic and linoleic. It also contains vitamins A and E that aid in the soothing of skin conditions by providing moisture and improving the signs of aging. Apricot kernel oil is used to provide flexibility and moisture back into dehydrated skin types.
